Shipment processing time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days Monday through Friday.
- However, we try to process the same day.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays but will ship the next business day.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for the delivery for holidays and during unexpected non-normal times like Covid-19.
- If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone via the contact information you have provided when ordering.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates within UK
- Shipping charges and timers for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipment method within the UK is 2-3 Days and cost £4.99
- Other options are available at checkout for the customer, but the above option is the standard we use.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur from the carrier and are out of our control and a tracking number will always be provided or available to the consumer.
- Shipment addresses are based on customer input and ToolBox Widget will not be held liable for incorrect shipping information after the order is shipped. However, we will always do what we can to help the customer and make sure they are happy and satisfied.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates outside the UK
- ToolBox Widget does sell and ship to other countries outside the UK and the cost rates and shipping times vary and will be displayed at checkout.
- The rates and estimated shipping time must be accepted and paid for at the time of checkout
- By consumers accepted that option, they agree to those rates and times provided by the carrier/shipper.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
- You will receive an order confirmation by email from support@toolboxwidget.co.uk and a separate email providing the shipment confirmation once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number is usually active within 24 hours of your order being placed M-F.
Exchange of products
- If you incorrectly ordered products, we will exchange them for you for the correct ones. If the condition of the product is still 100% in new condition.
- There is a fee for this service of 10% of the order value for restocking and inspecting the products and the cost of shipping them back to us.
- If this is the case email us and we will provide farther details and how to proceed.
- Once we receive the return items and they are determined to be in 100% new condition we will ship out the requested exchanged next business day.
- Our goal is to make sure you get the exact products you want and keep you happy, period.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- ToolBox Widget is not responsible for paying any of the customs fees and taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages.
- ToolBox Widget is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
- However, we will do everything in our power to help you and make it up to you as we know it was not your fault.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact us and let us know what happen and provide pictures and we will determine how to help.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- You must also file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide us with that claim number. Then we will proceed with sending you new products if that is the correct action to take.
